Operations Journal

Powered by Flex and connected to a REST (Representation State Transfer) service, Soph-Ware's Operations Journal is a versatile group-ware application that allows people to update and review their organization's activities from remote locations. Providing an escape from "management by e-mail," the Operations Journal allows group members to add ongoing journal entries regarding dealings with business partners and stakeholders.  With each entry, all group members can view the current status of those activities.  Furthermore, any group member can instantly view a real-time summary of all the organizations' operations. Operations Journal eliminates the need to circulate e-mail copies ad infinitum and frees employees from having to sift through endless e-mail exchanges in order to learn current status.
